WHY THIS ROLE IS UNIQUE:

At Potters Resorts, we create three to four brand-new shows each year, each pushing the boundaries of creativity and performance. As our Costume & Wardrobe Lead, you’ll be hands-on and at the heart of the action, providing essential support to our Creative Show Producer. This role isn’t about managing people; it’s about being a true team player who is ready to dive in and support the creative process, ensuring every detail is perfect and every show is a triumph.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Own the Wardrobe Function: Oversee the entire wardrobe process—from design and sewing to costume maintenance and storage—ensuring every piece is ready to shine on stage.
  • Support the Creative Vision: Be a pillar of support for our Creative Show Producer, collaborating closely to bring costumes to life that elevate the storytelling and performance of our shows.
  • Work directly with Performers: Collaborate with our two theatre companies and entertainers to ensure costumes look fantastic and fit perfectly. You’ll be hands-on in fittings and adjustments, ensuring everyone feels confident and comfortable in their costumes.
  • Lead by Example: Inspire and motivate others through your passion, commitment, and hands-on approach, becoming a role model for the wardrobe team.
  • Organise and Persuade: Coordinate fittings, adjustments, and dress rehearsals with exceptional organisational skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Deliver Flawless Execution: Take responsibility for every stitch, hem, and detail, ensuring our West End-quality standards are consistently met.
  • Be Ready to Jump In: Approach every challenge with a “can-do” attitude, ready to go above and beyond to support the creative process and our production team.
