REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years of experience in relevant position
• Interpersonal skills to manage functional organization
• Financial knowledge relevant to the project
• Good presentation skills
• Fluency in English
• Organised and structured thinking

• Ensure Project performance objectives (Quality, Cost, Profitability, Delivery and Timing)
• Ensure project coordination to achieve all projects launch(es) in compliance with Valeo and Customer expectations.
• Be responsible for the achievement of the Project KPIs
• Define scope of projects and secure Project resources and control them
• Check and validate Project Team Members’ activities and proposes timing scenario to achieve milestones
• Manage all project changes (internal and customer) and coordinate through the project team
• Escalate at the right level and with relevant speed/anticipation the gaps versus targets
• Keep internal and external stakeholders updated on Project progress
• Manage communication with Customers and Management on Project development progress
• Prepare/validate reports on Project development progress
