YOUR ROLE AS A COUGH ANALYST SUPERVISOR

As a Cough Analyst Supervisor, you will take on a dynamic leadership role, overseeing a skilled team of Cough/Data Analysts to drive the quality and efficiency of our data analysis. Reporting directly to the Cough Analyst Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our standards remain world-class. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor your team, conducting regular performance reviews and providing the training necessary to foster individual and team success.
  • Operational Oversight: Coordinate workflows and establish work plans, ensuring that your team meets essential turnaround times (TATs) and delivers consistent, high-quality results.
  • Talent Management: Engage in recruitment efforts to attract top talent, and actively contribute to team development and succession planning.
  • Process Optimization: Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies, striving for continuous improvement.
  • Problem-Solving & Innovation: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve challenges, advancing operational efficiencies.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain stringent quality control through regular audits and detailed data analysis, reinforcing our commitment to excellence.
