Position Summary…
What you’ll do…
Developing and fostering relationships with business partners by understanding the global business goals and objectives; providing guidance anddirection to business partners; monitoring operational and financial performance; supporting the implementation of the company business objectives. Provides legal advice and counsel to the company by providing clients with an informed understanding of legal rights, obligations, and risks to allowthe client to make informed decisions; examining the client’s legal affairs, developing business strategies, and reporting as required; assisting clientsin compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations; developing and delivering training; providing counsel regarding legal compliancecosts for business initiatives; and representing the company before administrative and judicial bodies. Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the company by supervising and engaging with outside counsel; collaborating with internal departmentsand clients to develop strategies to resolve legal matters; conducting investigations and legal research; reviewing company policies and practices;filing governmental notices and disclosures; seeking authority and obtaining informed consent to proceed with legal matters; assisting in or conductingnegotiations; supervising and conducting document collection, review, and management; researching, tracking and proposing legislation andregulations; and pursuing insurance and indemnification. Provides support for business transactions and projects by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders; drafting, editing, and reviewing legaldocuments, notices, and announcements;; assisting in developing or developing standards and forms; counseling clients regarding the implications ofalternate legal and business strategies; and assisting in formulating strategy for implementation of business initiatives. Monitors corporate governance processes and procedures by developing and maintaining knowledge of laws and corporate governance standards;conducting or overseeing research and surveys of state and federal law; and proceeding as necessary with litigated and non-litigated legal matters. Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating businessplans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuringprogress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based workenvironment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coachingfor success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness. Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction toothers in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy. Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with businesspartners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness;and participating in and supporting community outreach events.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
