Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Epic’s regulatory team advises the company on newly enacted laws and regulations as well as works alongside our Public Policy Team to monitor regulatory developments. Partnering closely with our subject matter experts, Product Counsel and Compliance Team, you will design compliance programs and educate counsel regarding regulatory requirements. You will also lead the company’s response to regulatory investigations and requests for information from regulators.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Assess and provide guidance to Legal leadership, Epic senior management, Product Counsel and the Compliance Team on key global laws and regulations.
- Advise and support the management of multi-stakeholder regulatory compliance projects.
- Monitor changes to the relevant regulatory landscape, including regulatory enforcement actions and identify trends.
- Disseminate relevant legislative updates to relevant stakeholders and teams.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking emerging regulatory policy in collaboration with the Public Policy team, to develop and implement regulatory and policy strategy.
- Support advocacy and engagement with regulators and trade associations.
- Lead Epic’s response to global regulatory inquiries and investigations.
