Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
In this role, you will support the counsel group responsible for strategic agreements related to the Fortnite Ecosystem, including partnership licenses, content licenses, collaboration agreements, co-marketing agreements, platform partner agreements.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Work with Epic’s Partnerships team to help track and negotiate agreements from term sheet to execution.
- Work directly with lead counsel for Strategic Partnerships to support the workstream.
- Assist in template drafting and maintenance for all agreements.
- Track distinct contract compliance obligations from deal to deal as needed and advise internal stakeholders of such obligations.
- Work with in-house and outside counsel to revise agreements
- Support platform partnership agreements, including console and mobile, as well as In-bound content licenses and collaboration agreements
- Support other counsel in the licensing and IP management group; Work with IP partners to resolve issues re: in-game assets
