We are seeking a Counselling Associate to join as an independent contractor for private practice. There is great potential to build toward a full-time practice. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a professional designation and be in good standing with the Saskatchewan Association of Social workers or a professional counselling association (Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, Registered Social Worker, Registered Clinical Counsellor. Provisional Psychologist, Registered Psychologist)
  • Independently carry current liability insurance
  • Ability to contribute positively to the Bridge Counseling Team
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with vulnerable clients and diverse populations
  • Ability to guide, direct, or influence people
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Superb organizational skills
  • 3+ years of counseling experience
  • Experience working with children and teens is an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Provide counseling services
