We are seeking a Counselling Associate to join as an independent contractor for private practice. There is great potential to build toward a full-time practice. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a professional designation and be in good standing with the Saskatchewan Association of Social workers or a professional counselling association (Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, Registered Social Worker, Registered Clinical Counsellor. Provisional Psychologist, Registered Psychologist)
- Independently carry current liability insurance
- Ability to contribute positively to the Bridge Counseling Team
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with vulnerable clients and diverse populations
- Ability to guide, direct, or influence people
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Superb organizational skills
- 3+ years of counseling experience
- Experience working with children and teens is an asset

Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling services
- Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients’ treatment
