REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of JIRA and other CRM systems.
  • IT literate and competent.
  • Someone ideally with a project management background.
  • Fluent English speaking/written essential.
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving skills, decision-making, influencing, strong communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, organizing and time management skills.
  • Good client/CP/customer service skills.
  • Min 1-3 years of experience in similar positions or as an administrator.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The purpose of this role is to assist the Counterparty Management team in an admin capacity dealing with new and existing CPs.
Reporting line: Head of Counterparty Management
Location: South Africa
Worksite: remote

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overseeing the launch of our CP-CRM system.
  • Manage and maintain Jira Projects.
  • Responsible for managing new and existing partners data and documents.
  • Keeping our new and existing partner documents up-to-date.
  • Contribute towards the smooth running of the team.
  • Assist the Manager to make improvements and implement required changes.
  • Working closely Back Office, Front Office, Treasury, Finance, Business Development, Compliance, Risk teams.
