REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of JIRA and other CRM systems.
- IT literate and competent.
- Someone ideally with a project management background.
- Fluent English speaking/written essential.
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills, decision-making, influencing, strong communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, organizing and time management skills.
- Good client/CP/customer service skills.
- Min 1-3 years of experience in similar positions or as an administrator.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
The purpose of this role is to assist the Counterparty Management team in an admin capacity dealing with new and existing CPs.
Reporting line: Head of Counterparty Management
Location: South Africa
Worksite: remote
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing the launch of our CP-CRM system.
- Manage and maintain Jira Projects.
- Responsible for managing new and existing partners data and documents.
- Keeping our new and existing partner documents up-to-date.
- Contribute towards the smooth running of the team.
- Assist the Manager to make improvements and implement required changes.
- Working closely Back Office, Front Office, Treasury, Finance, Business Development, Compliance, Risk teams.
