COUNTRY DIRECTOR POWER PRODUCTS AND HOME & DISTRIBUTION

Power Products and H&D businesses represent the 2nd largest P/L for Schneider Electric Finland. Our ambition is to drastically grow these businesses market shares in Finland across most of the channels (panel builders, electricians, contractors, distributors, and end-users specifically).
We are now looking for a strong business leader to drive our further growth within an exciting business area in Finland. As Country Director PP & HD, you will become a part of the Finnish Leadership team, and the H&D and PP Nordic Management teams. In your role, you would also hold the responsibility of our distribution, electrician and panel builder channels sales.
The position is be based in Finland. The role is permanent and starts as soon as the right candidate has been found.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

In addition to P/L management, your most key area of responsibility is to lead the sales thru all applicable channels across the market, while distribution, panel builder and electrician sales would report to you directly. You would lead you people teams through coaching, facilitation, and follow-up, while ensuring turnover and results for one of our most profitable businesses in Finland.

To be successful in the role, we see that you:

  • Have technical or commercial education (BBA, MSc, MBA or equivalent)
  • Have minimum 5 yrs experience in P/L leadership within technology businessFor you, it is natural to predict monthly/quarterly/annual sales bookings utilizing pipeline management. Ability to commit and take responsibility for the accuracy and achievement of your P/L forecastHave proven people leadership skills (also in matrix organizations). You have demonstrated ability to develop and cultivate high-performing teams with a high degree of independence and autonom
