Job Description:

YOUR PROFILE:

• Solid experience in Human Resources with good understanding of total HR scope, ability to drive organizational and people development programs as well as performance management related initiatives. Experience in HR Generalist or/and HR BP functions would be an additional asset
• Experience is driving transformations (from design to execution)
• Advanced ability to create Business Partnership/Consulting in order to influence the business and improve results by modeling, monitoring, and reporting business performance. Evidence of having worked as a true business partner in a complex environment will be an asset
• Very good knowledge of HR management processes and tools
• Positive attitude and looking for win-win solutions is a must; High on integrity and ethical values
• Education background: University degree, ideally HR management, Business management or Psychology
• Very good knowledge of legal requirements (czech labor law) and HR standards
• Fluent in Czech or Slovak and English is a must
• Mature and proactive person with the excellent interpersonal, communications and time management skills
• Business oriented attitude and problem-solving ability
