What we are looking forFor our Dutch brand - Beter Horen, we are currently looking for our next Country IT Manager.S/he oversees all the IT systems and services in the country. As a business partner, s/he works closely with local business lines to understand their needs and to improve their performance. S/he manages IT initiatives on a local level that are designed to support and achieve the company’s growth. S/hemaintains and builds up a strong cross-functional working partnership with all IT Global functions team within the Amplifon matrix organization to develop and delivers successful integrated IT project and activities.S/he will report in solid line to the Country GM and in dotted line to the regional CIO. Being a management position, s/he will lead a team of 12 resources, being also part of the Country Executive Leadership Team.Key Accountabilities IT Leadership:

  • Communicate and cascade down the global IT strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with local senior management, particularly the Marketing and Retail Excellence departments, to identify technology opportunities and innovations that drive growth and competitiveness.

Teams Management:

  • Lead a 12 IT professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and innovation.
  • Oversee hiring, training, and performance management within the IT department.

Transformational Initiatives:

  • Active participation to the on-going transformational projects, ensuring successful execution, respect of timing and smooth adoption.
  • Work closely with global and local business departments to implement technologies that enhance customer engagement and operational excellence.

Local IT Budget construction and Vendor ManagementShop’s Infrastructure Management and Support:

  • Ensure the reliability and scalability of shop’s IT infrastructure in close cooperation with global IT team.
  • Management of the IT Service desk performance supporting field and Back office
  • Implement best practices for data security and compliance.
