Responsibilities:
We are searching for country leader to lead Wibe Group expansion in the UK market. As the country leader you´ll be responsible for UK operations, staff management, and driving business growth. Your mission: to succeed enter the UK market and put Wibe Group as an important brand among cable management.
- Identify, pursue and develop new and existing markets. Build and develop strong relationship with contractors, wholesalers and other partners.
- Lead daily operations of the UK market.
- Take full responsible of the commercial team in the country and build the best sales team
- Maximise market share and increase sales revenue whilst controlling margin
- Monitor and analyse markets trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer insights to identify opportunities and challenges
- Implement market strategies and initiatives to drive the brand visibility.
