Responsibilities:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate sales strategy into an agreed country, category and customer specific action plan and follow up/ monitor sales results (sales volumes, prices / forecasts vs. budget), to ensure target objectives are realized.
- Report to Area Sales Manager LATAM about sales activities (e.g., via visit reports, email etc.), to ensure information is always up-to-date in the Salesforce system and action can be taken when necessary.
- Identify sales opportunities using the company’s system to report them correctly (SalesForce), execute price negotiations, establish local relationships and follow-up on sales initiatives, to ensure all sales potential is used.
- Lead and manage SNP relationships in the assigned countries (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Parguay and Peru), including the coordination of all sales activities, annual planning, price management and annual performance evaluation, in order to ensure Beneo’s product portfolio is commercially correctly represented in the market in line with the agreed upon distribution agreement.
- Collect and process information on subjects as competitors, end users, general economic conditions, trends, market share etc., and convey this information to relevant parties, such as the Area Sales Manager LATAM, in order to provide them with relevant information that makes it possible to take appropriate actions, if necessary.
- Act as contact person, coordinate and follow-up on country activities and issues (e.g., quality issues, documents, questionnaires, sample handling, overdues, logistics…), to ensure the target qualitative and quantitative results are realized.
- Actively share information in the market with regards to all BENEO product lines (including health & application benefits) and BENEO expert services, to ensure all sales opportunities are tapped into.
- Actively follow-up on local commercial projects (e.g., sales events, trade shows, customer events, local advertising), to ensure their successful completion.
THINKING LEVEL AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE:
- Bachelor/ Food Engineer / Nutitionist / Master Degree in Business Administration
and 10 years’ experience in similar position
