Country Manager - DACH

YOUR TERRITORY

As part of our Marketing country development team, you will:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns specifically designed for the DACH market to achieve business objectives and drive our business growth there
• Work closely with our channel managers, in particular SEA, social media, design and media buying in planning and executing marketing campaigns to boost sales
• Thoroughly monitor, analyze and manage our campaign and market performance, identify opportunities and problems and translate these into actions and projects
• Develop mid- and long term view and strategy for DACH marketing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and advertising campaigns, ensuring they are tailored to the German-speaking audience
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior in the DACH market to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
• Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “…because that’s how we’ve always done things”
• Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
