Description:

The Country Manager, Germany will establish and maintain an effective organisational structure, enabling a culture of continuous improvement across the German business delivery operational functions to meet both service and financial targets.
The role will lead the German Business Delivery activities / Operations team in the successful delivery of strategic objectives, focusing on making the most cost-effective use of resources and delivering the highest quality services and solutions to customers. Motivating the department to work harmoniously with all internal departments thus ensuring delivery of the highest levels of logistics expertise and customer service, in order to retain and grow existing business and successfully onboard new business.
The Country Manager will have overall management responsibility of the Customer Care and Logistics teams in Germany, through direct line management with the Customer Care team being responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the journey with us. The Customer Logistics team are responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective provision of logistics solutions to Biocair’s customers. This encompasses a broad range of logistics-based tasks, including managing transportation, warehouse operations, imports, exports, with Operational control of both supplier and internal networks.
