TikTok’s Brand Partnership team is responsible for building long term partnerships with the top agencies and brands across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging. We create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.
TikTok is looking for a visionary, self driven leader to support TikTok Global Business Solutions in Italy as a Country Lead. The Country Lead will drive business growth, lead and motivate teams for success and develop and implement effective business strategies. Outstanding candidates will be exemplary leaders, have superb business acumen, demonstrate cultural sensitivity and have the ability to drive business excellence.

MINUMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in the advertising industry, digital media, programmatic sales and app monetisation
  • Demonstrable experience building, leading and developing complex strategic sales, operational initiatives and budgets for global organizations
  • Strong leadership qualities, excellent people management and development skills; resourceful problem solving capabilities
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbally and written in English and Italian; strong listening skills
  • Great public speaking capabilities and good networking abilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in analysing data driving conclusions and delivering recommendations
  • Passion for TikTok and an understanding of the media and advertising technology landscape

Responsibilities:

Leadership

  • Drive growth for the advertising business and the broader sales ecosystem in the region
  • Work with the international leadership committee to design and implement sales strategy leveraging cross-functional partners locally and regionally
  • Plan, implement and scale organizational structure
  • A natural leader that will be able to demonstrate a team-oriented and collaborative approach, taking ownership of results while influencing teams of cross functions and cross product domains to collaborate towards a common goal of business growth
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the balance of both revenue and user growth by introducing constructive fact-based proposals
  • Responsible for managing and scaling sales teams across region, including all aspects of market analysis, hiring, managing leadership and strategic verticals

Revenue Partnerships

  • Establish and manage C-Level client relationships with large brands, agencies and key ecosystem partners in the market
  • Drive deals to closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing, legal, engineering and sales

Product Management

  • Partner with regional product teams to create scalable processes with technology as backbone
  • Brainstorm, identify and implement advertising solutions on TikTok to deliver measurable results for clients
  • Serve as an external TikTok product consultant
