Verkada is building a world-class sales organisation and is looking for an entrepreneurial and results-driven Singapore Country Manager to lead expansion into ASEAN. This hands-on role is perfect for a senior sales leader who is ready to set the strategy, hire a small team, and drive sales in a start-up environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven track record in senior sales leadership roles, ideally within a tech start-up environment
  • Stable track record of sales success, top performer
  • Able to manage multiple deals at once
  • In-depth knowledge of the ASEAN market and business landscape
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with the channel

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting into the VP APAC, based in Singapore
  • Develop and execute a winning strategy for the ASEAN market
  • Lead by example as a hands-on sales executive, setting the tone for your team and collaborating closely to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Recruit, mentor, and empower a dynamic sales team, building a culture of growth and success
  • Identify and engage with key partners, and accounts, closing deals with ASEAN-owned customers and nurturing long-term relationships
  • Create relationships with VARs, resellers, and security integrators to maximise market opportunity
