THE ROLE

The Country Marketing & Product Communications Lead is responsible for the consistent implementation of 360 degree Marketing & PR strategies in European markets. The role is the main interface between local Marketing & PR leads and the European marketing team and defines regional/market governance. This role involves ensuring that local market strategies align with the European brand direction while also tailoring European campaigns to fit local market needs.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Act as a liaison between the local marketing & PR leads and the European marketing department to ensure cross-functional alignment of strategies and goals.
• Support in the development of localized marketing plans that complement global/European strategies, ensuring they are relevant and effective in the local market.
• Coordinate and adapt global product launches and marketing campaigns for EU markets (in close collaboration with market and EU Marketing leads), ensuring they resonate with the target audience.
• Collaborate closely with the market teams and dealers to provide insights into local market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between local NSC and dealer Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of local marketing initiatives, sharing key learnings with the EU team to inform future strategies.
• Ensure country marketing activities are consistency in brand messaging and compliance with both global and European guidelines.
• Support Head of Brand and Communications with annual business planning process and monthly/quarterly budget reviews.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU WILL DEMONSTRATE:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing coordination or product marketing, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proven experience in managing and executing marketing campaigns across different regions or markets.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and coordinating between local and central departments.
• Strong understanding of both global brand strategy and local market dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
