The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, process improvement, and organizational transformation within the country commercial team. The Operations Manager is responsible for driving efficiency, effectiveness and standardization within the assigned territory and functions as a right hand to the General Manager. With hat the individual plays an important role in defining and executing strategy. This individual will lead strategic initiatives to streamline operations, optimize workflows, and enhance overall performance to achieve business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
