Our client, a global leader in aerospace logistics, is on the hunt for a dynamic Country Manager - Sales to spearhead their growth in the UK & Ireland. Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As Country Manager for UK & Ireland, you’ll be the driving force behind the client’s expansion in the UK & Ireland capitalising on your extensive network and expertise in aviation logistics to spearhead dynamic sales growth both as an individual contributor and as a player coach. You will be both an excellent strategic account manager and new business hunter.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute growth strategies that align with global objectives.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and strengthen direct relationships with key aerospace clients such as airlines and airports.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Market Analysis: Identify untapped opportunities and craft actionable insights.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing to maintain service excellence.
  • Revenue Growth: Deliver a $multi million revenue target and excellent profit margins.
