The Course and Unit Advisor (CUA) will apply a broad range of knowledge and expertise across an academic College’s coursework program to support students, Course Chairs and other Academic and Professional staff. The Course and Unit Advisor is required to be the subject matter expert for current students needing advice related to course and unit queries ensuring that they are well equipped to successfully complete their studies at Victoria University (VU).

An example of duties you may perform will include:

• Provide accurate, timely and documented advice to students on course progression, including course mapping, administration, enrolment and advanced standing.
• Work collaboratively with Student Services, Student Administration and College staff to support students and academic staff with matters related to course and unit advice.
• Assist in the development and improvement of effective processes that contribute to the delivery of exceptional service to students.
