WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a passionate Course Director (Learning Engineer) with proven experience in creating and optimizing effective learning experiences. This role requires a proactive leader who can apply evidence-based principles from learning sciences and educational technology to design and continuously improve learning environments that address specific learner needs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in human-centered design, educational data analysis, and the ability to work iteratively to enhance learning outcomes.

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Learning Design Leadership — You will oversee the entire process of designing learning experiences, from initial planning to outcome evaluation, ensuring that educational solutions are engaging, effective, and data-driven.
- Collaboration with Experts — You will closely work with subject-matter experts, educators, and other stakeholders to integrate technical and pedagogical knowledge into innovative educational solutions.
- Educational Innovation — You will propose and lead the implementation of new tools and educational approaches that enrich learning experiences, including the use of advanced technology.
- Squad Lead — You will oversee the entire course creation process, with a special focus on technical content. You will actively participate in planning, developing, and reviewing the content, ensuring it meets both technical and pedagogical standards.
- Quality Improvement — You will drive innovative course enhancements based on student feedback, insights from the quality assurance team, and metric analysis, ensuring the highest standards of quality, particularly in our programming offerings.
- Innovative Learning — Propose and lead new technical learning experiences to enrich courses, such as live coding labs, practical projects, and interactive programming exercises.
- Market Research — Perform in-depth market research to identify trending technical subjects, develop new programming courses, and evaluate and relaunch existing ones as needed, ensuring our educational offerings remain cutting-edge.
- Teacher Recruitment — Recruit top-tier teaching talent with strong technical skills and build a robust lead list of potential instructors, ensuring each course is led by high-caliber educators.
- Teacher Support — Provide comprehensive support to teachers, including organizing pre-session evaluations, offering coaching, and setting clear teaching expectations.
- Launch Strategy — Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design, plan, and execute effective course launch strategies, ensuring optimal promotion and reach.
