WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:
- An Accounting degree
- 3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related area.
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting.
- Exceptional skills in interpreting financial data and making strategic recommendations.
- Experience with financial reporting and accounting standards.
- The ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of local regulations related to Finance processes.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Operations Manager and other areas with financial insights and recommendations.
- Analyzing and forecasting financial data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions.
- Interpreting financial information on costs, prices, and revenues, and making recommendations to senior management.
- Conducting complex financial analysis projects, preparing forecasts, and analyzing the company’s financial position.
- Participating actively in team financial activities to identify and resolve accounting and financial reporting issues.
- Ensuring the completion of month-end operations to obtain the monthly financial results of the Plant. This includes the validation and revision of operations, determination of provisions, price variation registrations, closing of processes, analysis of accounts, data entry, and other related tasks.
- Maintaining effective and efficient internal controls to ensure high standards of financial accuracy and compliance.
- Providing financial support to the Operations Manager and other areas, ensuring that they receive timely and accurate financial insights.
- Ensuring that Finance processes comply with TCCC policies and local regulations.
- Keeping Plant accounting records accurate and up to date, including inventories, payables, and the cost of goods sold.
- Preparing and sending financial reports to legal authorities in Argentina, such as the Central Bank, Customs, and Regulatory Entities.
- Coordinating and reviewing the Operating Capital Report and ensuring accuracy in the monthly CPS Argentina P&L and OPCAP RE Estimated.
- Reviewing and approving journal vouchers, performing month and year-end closing activities, and ensuring accurate reconciliations and balance sheet account analysis for accounts payable.
- Identifying and recording any activities that may improve procedures or enhance the Argentina Concentrate Plant Processes.
- Preparing administrative charges and ensuring proper intercompany transactions.
- Reviewing and approving payments, managing tax payments, and ensuring compliance with financial and tax policies.
