This role is pivotal in driving innovation and sustainability in packaging, while ensuring compliance with both internal and legal standards. WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:
- University/Bachelor’s degree in Food or Chemical Engineering.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present effectively.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Knowledge and experience in quality systems and packaging technology.
- Familiarity with packaging technology and manufacturing processes.
- Auditing experience and skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead new packaging development initiatives for CPS Argentina, identifying industry trends and opportunities for improvement to enhance packaging performance and minimize environmental impact.
- Conduct technical visits and development sessions with local packaging suppliers, guiding them through The Coca-Cola Company’s approval process.
- Analyze and approve packaging materials, implementing standardized methods of analysis based on internal requirements.
- Ensure all packaging materials comply with established internal guidelines and legal requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, playing a critical role in resolving quality issues.
- Manage and execute Value Creation Projects aimed at enhancing packaging efficiency and sustainability.
- Coordinate and conduct audits of packaging suppliers, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
