*JOB SUMMARY:*

Beva Brewing & Blending is seeking an extroverted and motivated Craft Beer Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craft beer and a strong background in sales. This role involves promoting our diverse portfolio of craft beers to retailers, restaurants, and bars, building lasting relationships, and driving sales growth in the market.

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

  • 2+ years of experience as a Beer Sales Representative (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge and passion for craft beer, including beer styles, brewing processes, and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate with our production team to ensure inventory is replenished as required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of CRM software and ability to use Ollie Order
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Reliable transportation and clean BC drivers abstract
  • Ability to lift 50Lbs

*WHAT WE OFFER:*

  • Base salary of $45,000/year with reasonable sales targets reviewed on a monthly basis, with the ability to earn up to $90,000 base salary plus commissions annually for the motivated individual
  • Flexible schedule around hospitality and retail partner hours (some weekend work may be required but typically this is at the salespersons discretion)
  • Monthly check in meetings with ownership/management to review sales performance, goals, and to offer feedback and open communication between the two parties
  • Vehicle allowance

  • Combination of remote and in person work at the brewery

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in the craft beer industry
  • Conduct regular visits to accounts to provide product knowledge, training, and support
  • Provide service to accounts as needed to maintain good relationships
  • Identify new sales opportunities and execute outreach strategies to grow our customer base
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics
  • Participate in tastings, festivals, and promotional events to represent the brand
  • Use CRM software to track leads (you can choose which software)
  • Prepare new order invoices in Ollie software for the delivery team to execute
