Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing culinary team to achieve Sodexo’s strategy.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Food Safety, and Environmental standards.
- Develop and implement innovative menus and culinary solutions.
- Collaborate with regional directors and local management teams.
- Provide strategic and technical support to the onsite team and clients.
- Support food mobilisation and sales tender processes.
- Conduct regular culinary training sessions and craft regional forums.
