Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing culinary team to achieve Sodexo’s strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Food Safety, and Environmental standards.
  • Develop and implement innovative menus and culinary solutions.
  • Collaborate with regional directors and local management teams.
  • Provide strategic and technical support to the onsite team and clients.
  • Support food mobilisation and sales tender processes.
  • Conduct regular culinary training sessions and craft regional forums.
