Legacy Strategies Ltd are hiring on behalf of our client for the role of Crane Fitter. Our client is seeking an experienced Crane Fitter to become a vital part of their team. You will ensure that the assembly, maintenance and repairs on all cranes are done to the highest standard. You must ensure health and safety is considered at all times.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will have crane fitting and plant mechanics experience within the Civil Engineering industry

• Must have obtained a relevant industry qualification such as an NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance.
• Prior experience within Crane Fitting and/or Plant mechanics.
• A valid UK driving license.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety protocol.
• CPCS Card Holder or equivalent (desirable).

• Assemble, install, and maintain various types of cranes and lifting equipment.
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal functionality.
• Adhere to all safety regulations to ensure compliance.
• Be willing to participate in training to advance and develop your knowledge, abilities and industry advancements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
