SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5 years + experience in Crane operations and people management
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, other departments, and external stakeholders
- Strong leadership abilities to oversee and guide a team of operator, dispatchers, and other personnel
- A deep understanding of regulations, compliance, and safety standards
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), routing software, and other relevant tools

Responsibilities:
- Enforce compliance with Chain of Responsibility and all statutory and regulatory legislations
- Ensure cost efficiencies, safety and achieve the highest level of customer service
- Closely manage all variable costs associated with running the Crane operation
- Establish and manage customer relationships with key customers, suppliers and the subcontractor workforce
- Receive enquiries and tender requests from customers and provide quotations within required timeframes
- Assist in providing strategic direction to Crane operations and fulfilling strategic obligations
- Manage staffing levels and overtime
