REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability and appetite to operate in a fast moving business where the typical way of doing things may not apply.
  • Track record of delivering and executing innovative business development campaigns that exceed set goals, in a resourceful and collaborative manner.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex themes with clarity while demonstrating curiosity about the customer experience.
  • Experience with working within a B2B and B2C focus lead generation, or growth role.
  • Data-driven management acumen and a solid grasp of the metrics that drive growth.
  • Good level of understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) platforms and Google marketing platform and paid media strategies
  • Ability to build, manage and execute email marketing campaigns and automated email flows. (Knowledge of the dotdigital email platform is useful but not essential.)
  • Ability to set up the appropriate processes for managing analytics and the gathering of user insights.
  • Experience in either marketing, product management, growth or operational roles.
  • Experience working within the Aviation sector would be beneficial but not essential.‍

Responsibilities:

Our Growth Marketer will spearhead our marketing strategy to accelerate conversions and traffic to our job listings. With responsibility for the entire candidate lifecycle the successful applicant will introduce new, and accelerate existing candidate acquisition processes within the business to bring about rapid expansion.
