Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
The Creative Artworker/Designer for the EMEA region will be responsible for concepting and producing high-quality visual materials that support the creative team’s objectives. Working under the guidance of the Senior Designer/Heads of Creative, the Creative Artworker/Designer will create content for marketing campaigns, social media, digital out-of-home advertising, and more.
The ideal candidate would be a hybrid between a designer and artworker, possessing exceptional conceptualisation skills, technical skills, and a collaborative spirit, contributing to the production of world-class creative output that resonates with international audiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Idea Generation: Working independently and alongside senior designer to generate insight driven ideas that supports the creative brief.
- Creative Production: Create and produce effective, insight driven, high-quality visual material for various channels including digital, social, print, and out-of-home, ensuring all materials meet the project specifications and channel brand guidelines.
- Visual Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs are consistent with the brand’s visual identity and guidelines, maintaining high production standards.
- Referencing, mock-ups and Presentations: Assist in design referencing, creating mock-ups and presentations for internal reviews and client approvals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Designer and the creative team to brainstorm, develop, and execute innovative visual solutions.
- Image Editing: Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal and meet project requirements.
- Photography Briefing: Collaborating with the Senior Designer/Head of Creative to develop a photography brief for key art and out-of-home (OOH) campaigns.
- Image compositing: skilfully harmonise images from different sources and lighting conditions to achieve a cohesive final composition.
- Project Delivery: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all creative materials within constraints.
- Feedback Integration: Address feedback constructively, maintaining a solution-focused attitude and continually refining work to meet high standards.
- Technical skills development: Continuously improve design and production skills, utilising tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, and stay updated with industry trends.
- Templating: Able to operate and create user-friendly design templates for designers and creatives.
Cultural Sensitivity: Ensure that creative work is editorially correct, culturally sensitive and effective within the diverse territories of the EMEA region.
- Critical thinking and sharing expertise: Collaborating with the wider design/creative team, by sharing expertise with junior member of the team.
