REQUIREMENTS

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a relevant discipline, and with at least 7 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience leading and managing projects and external agencies
  • Strong design thinking, problem solving and communication skills
  • Understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels including Google, Meta, LinkedIn,YouTube and others
  • Ability to collaborate with and manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Organised, meticulous and self-driven, with good project management skills, a strong sense of ownership and great attention to detail
  • Experience in finance, wealth management and fintech will be a plus
  • Knowledge and interest in personal finance and investing topics will be a plus
  • Hands-on experience in using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro/Final Cut, Figma is a plus

Responsibilities:

Imaginative, innovative and inquisitive, the Creative / Brand Strategist will be pivotal towards overall brand strategy, creative direction and development of all brand initiatives across multiple channels to establish Endowus as a market leader in digital wealth management in Singapore and Hong Kong.
You will help to establish local relevance for a high-growth strategy, differentiated brand experience, lead the delivery of insights that contribute to breakthrough product innovation, customer experience, communication, and paid performance efficiency — to overall build on enduring brand equity.

As an experienced brand strategist and exceptional team player, you are passionate about working with people and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to its fullest potential. This role can be based in Singapore, and you must be experienced and comfortable with working with remote teams.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to different target audiences in Singapore and Hong Kong to drive brand love, deepen brand trust, optimise customer engagement, and support customer acquisitions.
  • Leverage research in consumer behaviours, competitive analysis, as well as lifestyle and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in marketing initiatives.
  • Present strategic recommendations, market insights, and competitive analyses to leadership, guiding decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Partner agency, industry partners and internal business teams to strategise and implement holistic marketing plans encompassing paid, owned, earned and social media.
  • End-to-end management of joint-marketing partnerships which may include, creating of co-branded marketing collateral and co-organising of events to drive adoption of solutions.
  • Stay abreast of market developments and monitor the competitive landscape to position the company as the market leader. You will respond quickly and proactively to market intelligence and competitor feedback, steering marketing strategies and tactics to remain market-relevant and client-first.
  • Orchestrate cross-channel executions from digital to OOH implementations effectively with experience in budget management, with a strong understanding of brand ROI levers
  • Partner closely with the Performance Marketing team to analyse campaign performance and develop marketing intelligence. Proactively use data insights to actively adjust defined approaches as necessary to optimise commercial impact.
  • Ability to crystallise product-market fit with a viable strategy, identify key target audience, and translate market insights into clear strategic outcomes
