Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

We are looking for a dynamic and idea-driven Creative Content Coordinator to join our Glasgow team. You will collaborate closely with the Social Content Manager to plan and execute Instagram stories that captivate our audience. This position requires a creative individual who can generate and implement fresh ideas, working with both existing content and new content requests from our LA team. You will create engaging and structured Instagram stories that align with our brand’s vision, drive engagement, and support key marketing initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with the Social Content Manager to develop a weekly Instagram storyschedule. This plan may involve using existing content, requesting new content from the LA team, or organising competitions and theme days that align with product releases and seasonal events.
  • Create strong Instagram stories with a clear structure and engaging storyline.
  • Collaborate with the video teams in both LA and the UK to ensure high-quality content is produced and aligns with our brand’s aesthetic.
  • Be creative and continuously come up with new ideas for Instagram stories. You will beexpected to bring these ideas to life independently, without requiring extensive guidance.
  • Schedule Instagram stories and monitor their performance, analysing engagement metrics to understand what resonates with our audience. Use this data to refine and improve future content strategies.
  • Work closely with the Social Content Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure that all content is aligned with broader marketing objectives and that the Instagram story schedule supports key campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, Instagram features, and competitor activity to keep our content fresh and relevant.
