REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop creative and high-quality content (graphics, videos, and copy) for social media, email marketing, and websites that align with brand goals and campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Oversee all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), ensuring regular and consistent posting, engagement, and community building.
- Brand Messaging & Voice: Ensure consistent brand tone and messaging across all platforms and marketing materials.
- Engagement & Community Building: Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster an active and engaged online community.
- Content Calendar: Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns with key campaigns, product launches, and industry trends.
- Influencer & Partnership Marketing: Identify and collaborate with influencers or partners to amplify the brand’s reach, particularly for the food & beverage and service industries.
- Email Marketing: Create and design visually appealing email campaigns to support product launches, events, and promotions.
- Video Content & Short-form Media: Develop and produce engaging short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Data-Driven Insights: Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and others to refine content strategies and boost engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Strategy Lead to align content with broader marketing initiatives and objectives.
