The Role and What You’ll Do:
The Creative Director will play an important role as the global creative lead on our largest client, working across their incredible portfolio of global sports partnerships (including golf, Formula 1 and cricket). This account operates in multiple markets across all channels, delivering a high volume of work throughout the year.

  • Lead a global team of creatives, working closely with strategy, PR & communications, and partnerships teams in service of the client’s success
  • Accountable for delivering high quality creative outputs across all channels – including digital and print design, film content, experiential, social and OOH
  • Developing effective creative for a high cadence of year-round campaigns and activations, often at short notice
  • Effective leadership of design teams and conceptual creatives in multiple locations, successfully advocating the work through clear and confident presentation to leadership, stakeholders and clients
  • Proactive participation in global planning and management of the account, ensuring creative’s value and contributions remain at the forefront of the successful performance of 160/90

You Have These (Add Qualifications):

  • Self-starter, proven leader, highly creative and equally organized
  • Circa 10 years’ experience in creative agencies or similar environments, especially larger organizations and international clients with numerous stakeholders
  • Intrinsically motivated, serially curious and tenacious when it comes to pushing forward work to be exciting, unexpected, effective and culturally relevant
  • Proven ability to think strategically, conceptualize and develop ideas through to award-winning levels of polished execution
  • High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, PowerPoint
  • Empathetic, emotionally intelligent leader who understands how to get the best out of teams
  • Commercially minded with proven experience of growing accounts through creative excellence
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours (sometimes evenings and weekends), and to travel
  • Track record in delivering outstanding creative results, working collaboratively within a cross-discipline team and environment.
