REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience in a creative leadership role within an advertising or marketing agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and achievements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design tools; should be able to make minor changes when needed.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and current trends.
- Experience working with non-profit organizations and understanding their unique creative needs.
- Knowledge of video production and editing.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
- Proficient in Slack for team communication and collaboration.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Creative Director to lead our innovative digital marketing team. This role involves close collaboration with senior account managers and a focus on optimizing team performance and client satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute creative strategies that align with business goals.
- Oversee the creation of all marketing materials, including digital ads, social media content, landing pages, and video production.
- Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality output.
- Collaborate with senior account managers to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Ensure all creative content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.

- Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize creative content.
- Present creative concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders.

- Create engaging and captivating social media ads for various formats and placements, including YouTube, Reels, TikTok, Facebook Feed, Instagram Stories, and more.
