REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in a creative leadership role within an advertising or marketing agency.
  3. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and achievements.
  4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  5. Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design tools; should be able to make minor changes when needed.
  6. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and current trends.
  7. Experience working with non-profit organizations and understanding their unique creative needs.
  8. Knowledge of video production and editing.
  9. Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  10. Familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
  11. Proficient in Slack for team communication and collaboration.
  12. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  13. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Creative Director to lead our innovative digital marketing team. This role involves close collaboration with senior account managers and a focus on optimizing team performance and client satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop and execute creative strategies that align with business goals.
  2. Oversee the creation of all marketing materials, including digital ads, social media content, landing pages, and video production.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality output.
  4. Collaborate with senior account managers to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  5. Ensure all creative content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
  6. Manage the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the creative process.
  8. Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize creative content.
  9. Present creative concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders.
  10. Manage the creative budget and resources efficiently.
  11. Create engaging and captivating social media ads for various formats and placements, including YouTube, Reels, TikTok, Facebook Feed, Instagram Stories, and more.
  12. Maintain exceptional communication within the team, understanding their needs, and ensuring smooth collaboration.
