Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a Director, Creative for a permanent full-time position.
Reporting to the VP, Marketing, the Creative Director will lead the creative vision, brand identity, and communication strategy for our portfolio of brands. This role is responsible for ensuring consistency and excellence in design across all departments and channels while crafting compelling, consumer-centric storytelling that elevates brand engagement.
The Creative Director will manage an in-house studio of graphic designers, oversee all agency partnerships, and lead production shoots to bring our marketing strategies to life. This position plays a critical role in driving innovation, maintaining brand integrity, and delivering impactful creative across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Defining and maintaining cohesive brand identities and design guidelines across all four brands.
- Ensuring visual and verbal consistency across digital, retail, and marketing materials and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align creative direction with business objectives.
- Developing and implementing compelling communication strategies that resonate with consumers and drive engagement.
- Overseeing production of creative assets, including digital, print, social media, in-store displays, and advertising.
- Managing a team of 8 and responsible for fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Ensuring high quality, timely execution of creative deliverables across all brands & platforms.
- Responsible for overseeing the production of photoshoots ensuring assets align with brand identity and campaign objectives – ensuring final creative assets are optimized for multiple platforms and audiences.
- Leading and managing external creative agencies, optimizing partnerships to maximize efficiency, innovation & ROI as well as managing brief process, feedback and project delivery.
