SilverTech is seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead our creative team in developing innovative concepts and strategies that resonate with our audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic sensibility, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Creative Leadership: Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, for both client projects as well as internal agency projects, ensuring all align with the brand’s vision and goals.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, writers, and other creatives, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Strategic Vision: Collaborate with marketing, strategy, technology, and executive teams to develop creative strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Project Oversight: Manage the creative workflow, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Client Engagement and Growth: Present creative concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance ideas. Collaborate with other teams within the agency to grow our client accounts.
- Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design innovations, and competitor activities to inform creative strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in the digital agency space.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across various media.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
