Description:
HERE WE GROW:
Stokke’s legacy of innovation and dedication to quality spans over eight decades, beginning on the scenic west coast of Norway in 1932. Our values are rooted in our Scandinavian heritage, emphasizing craftsmanship and timeless design. Known worldwide for exceptional children’s products, Stokke has spent more than forty years merging our passion for Scandinavian design with the drive to create products that foster family connections. Our designs are not only intended for today’s children but also for future generations, creating a legacy of comfort and quality.
Stokke has achieved significant international expansion by strategically acquiring complementary brands and products, including the Nomi chair, LIMAS baby carriers, Mukako play tables, and the YOYO stroller. These acquisitions have strengthened our global footprint, with office locations across Norway, Germany, the Netherlands, France, the US, and Asia. Our commitment to “Confident Kids for a Better World” is reflected in our diverse, dynamic work environment.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- A deep understanding and passion for art, design, architecture, music, and culture, and the ability to translate those influences into creative solutions that fit within Stokke’s brand guidelines.
- The ability to lead key creative projects from concept to execution, collaborating with peers to develop seasonal campaigns and out-of-cycle brand experiences. You’ll shape creative briefs, pitch ideas, and encourage innovative approaches.
- Strong leadership within the team, managing creative goals and deadlines effectively.
- A knack for building strong relationships with internal and external partners, guiding projects from concept to completion while ensuring they reflect the brand’s direction and vision.
- A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve and move the brand’s creative efforts forward, while taking performance data into account to refine future work.
