Description:
TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: FULL-TIME POSITION
Trident Digital is looking for an experienced Creative Director to lead and inspire our creative team while driving impactful strategies and campaigns for our clients and the company. If you’re passionate about combining creativity, strategy, and leadership, this role might be perfect for you!
As the Creative Director, you will work closely with the Founder and other key leaders to take charge of the entire creative process— from ideation to execution—across all aspects of content creation and marketing. You will also oversee and mentor a talented team of designers, videographers, and strategists, ensuring their work aligns with client goals and brand strategies.
At Trident Digital, we produce a wide range of content, including Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube content, ad campaigns, designs, photos, and more. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring creative excellence and strategic success in everything we do.
BONUS SKILLS:
- Viral campaign or content creation experience.
- Knowledge of video production processes, including directing and ideation.

Responsibilities:
Responsibility 1 - Creative Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead the entire creative process for Trident Digital and its clients, from ideation to final execution.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their target audiences, brand positioning, and goals, translating these into effective creative strategies.
- Conceptualise and oversee content strategies for various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and others.
- Drive innovation in storytelling and creative approaches to ensure impactful results for campaigns.
- Regularly review creative outputs to ensure they align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and high-quality standards.
Responsibility 2 - Team Management & Development:
- Oversee and manage the creative team, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and alignment.
- Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Assign tasks and provide constructive feedback to ensure projects are delivered on time and at the highest quality.
- Encourage professional growth within the team by staying updated on industry trends and adopting new tools, techniques, and strategies.
Responsibility 3 - Content Creation Oversight:
- Work with the design and video teams to brainstorm, storyboard, and create compelling content.
- Direct video shoots to ensure creative alignment with project objectives.
- Collaborate with videographers and designers to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and deliverables.
- Oversee the creation of client content, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Responsibility 4 - Client Collaboration & Project Management:
- Act as the key point of contact for creative strategy discussions with clients.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and client calls to align on brand direction and campaign goals.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders, both internal and external, regarding project progress.
Responsibility 5 - Marketing Integration:
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to boost client and company visibility.
- Analyse campaign results to provide insights and optimise future creative strategies.
- Stay updated on social media trends, analytics tools, and best practices to ensure the team’s strategies remain cutting-edge.
