Summary: Fantastic opportunity to join a team of passionate designers within the global design team, supporting the global and regional teams by crafting inspiring creative assets that push the creative boundaries within the beauty industry. The global design team is responsible for the conceptualizing and development of the brand identity and the execution of best-in-class creative assets across all design touch points to support the global brand vision. The ideal candidate’s boundless creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in effectively communicating brand identity to enhance consumer experience.

REQUIREMENTS

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the creative vision of the brand through innovative creative solutions that elevate the brand identity and optimize consumer experience.
  • Support the product development team with the development and execution of optimized product packaging from concept through to print-ready artwork and assisting with approving artwork proofs alongside the quality team.
  • Support the marketing teams globally to deliver world-class print and digital assets for new and existing product activations.
  • Support in developing and updating design guidelines for marketing.
  • Receive and analyse design briefs to determine key deliverables and conceptualize based on requirements, adapting the design system as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity through bold design layouts and compelling visual storytelling.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, adhere to brand guidelines and all necessary legal requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global marketing, visual merchandising, product development, regulatory and supply chain teams to translate ideas into visually powerful layouts across all touch points.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively, while meeting ambitous project deadlines.
  • Present design concepts to key stakeholders during development, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and 3D rendering tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and awareness of trends in design and beauty as well as an understanding of competitive landscape.
  • Strong experience in print and digital design, including multi-language projects.
  • Keen interest, or experience in AI tools to enhance output and support in pushing creative boundaries.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate creative briefs and concepts into visually appealing designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, a problem-solving attitude with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements and the ability to respond positively to feedback.
