Description:
JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a visionary and innovative Creative Lead with a strong foundation in design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to lead and inspire a team of designers and creatives. As a Creative Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all creative output, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity and meets the high standards of quality that we strive for.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Advanced degree a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior design role, preferably within an agency or in-house creative department. Prior experience in a leadership role is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other design tools. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different media and platforms.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional creative vision, strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Lead and mentor a team of designers, illustrators, and other creative professionals. Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Design Excellence: Ensure all design outputs are of the highest quality, align with brand guidelines, and meet project objectives. This includes graphic design, web design, product design, and any other creative materials.
- Project Management: Oversee the creative process from conception to completion. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments.
- Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Encourage and implement innovative design concepts and methods to enhance the creative output.
- Client Interaction: When necessary, present and articulate design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and senior management. Gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to creative work.
