PAGAZZI have an amazing opportunity for a Creative Marketing Executive based at our Head Office in Glasgow (G46).
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· Experience within a marketing or graphic design role, ideally with a minimum of two years’ experience
· MS Office: PowerPoint, Word and Excel
· Photoshop/Illustrator/Video editing skills
· Experience of designing across a variety of media platforms
· Social Media Management
· Email Marketing Experience Desirable
· Reliable and enthusiastic with the ability to meet deadlines
· Being proactive, organised and eager to learn
Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
As a Creative Marketing Executive, you will assist the Ecommerce Manager in delivering marketing and promotional activity to our bricks and mortar stores and online store to drive sales.
The role encompasses both design and marketing responsibilities. This will include creating promotional campaign with POS for instore and digital assets for online, with management of organic social media channels and the brand newsletter communications as key responsibilities.
You will be an ambitious, hard-working individual with exceptional organisational skills. Ideally, you will already have experience in a marketing or graphic design role. Experience using Adobe Suite is also essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Designing traditional marketing materials: logo’s, leaflets, brochures, advertising, exhibition graphics, billboards and banners
· Designing instore graphics: posters, bollard signs, window graphics, backboards, tickets
· Co-ordinate POS through the end-to-end print to distribution process for 11+ stores
· Responsible for the planning of POS work with suppliers to meet deadlines
· Liaising with retail ops and store managers to ensure they have all the elements required to deliver the marketing campaigns.
· Design and create digital assets for campaigns on a variety of online channels
· Responsible for management and optimisation of the Pagazzi organic social media channels
· Filming and editing social media content
· Manage communications for PR and influencer marketing activity and internal tracker
· Create and co-ordinate newsletter communications using CRM, Klaviyo
· Manage the approval of assets with relevant stakeholders.
· Manage a post-launch review process for each campaign and monitor performance regularly
· Responsible for the planning and execution of commercial advertisements, including radio and tv, in accordance with the marketing strategy
· Maintain awareness of competitor activity and market trends. Innovate and explore new opportunities and make recommendations for implementation.
