QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree or diploma in marketing, graphic design or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or web management.
- Proven experience managing websites using WordPress and Webflow, and multimedia content.
- Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging and on-brand content.
- Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Figma.
- Familiarity with video editing software and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Experience in the Automotive industry is an asset.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM tools such as HubSpot, MailChimp and Klaviyo is an asset.

ABOUT THE ROLE: HERE’S WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS
The Novus Marketing Department is searching for a Creative Marketing Specialist. This position will be responsible for bringing to life creative and content across Novus Automotive websites and digital platforms. This position is centered around bringing creative and technical expertise into the team while playing a hands-on role to facilitate website design, impactful visual content, marketing copy, and advertising assets for the Novus brand and collective of automotive brands.
This individual will collaborate closely with the central marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless customer experiences. They will play a key role in ideating, creative concept development and design across customer channels, with proven experience in UX and design.
