  • Experience using project management software, scheduling resource, analysing creative briefs and using gen ai to make our ways of working as slick as possible.
  • A proven track record for managing a creative ops team.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE TEAM AND THE ROLE

Eat is the long established in-house studio of creatives and producers that works across all customer touchpoints across Ocado. It serves a matrix of stakeholder groups across the business - CRM, onsite, Zoom, social, performance channels, trade, pr, print, influencers and campaigns.
The multi-discipline team are an ambitious crew who strive to create brave, authentic and compelling creative. This role is all about the resource management and process that enables great creative work.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • To operationally manage the day to day output of the creative team - delivering the processes and discipline required to help unleash the teams creative potential.
  • Working closely and collaboratively with the Head of Creative to take responsibility for the end to end delivery of all campaigns - managing timings and processes with external agencies.
  • To manage the wider creative operations team, ensuring we’re working in the best way to get great work out the door on time and within budget.
  • Leading the planning, coordination and control of production processes. Ensuring that all procedures are fit for purpose and as efficient as possible. Drafting all timescales, managing timelines, coordinating cross function dependencies and wider communications.
  • Leading innovation in terms of resourcing tools and AI to create greater efficiency and best practice output.
  • Oversee and support the planning, execution, and post-production of photography and video projects.
