Jakarta Game Operations Experienced (Individual Contributor)
As a Creative Product Operations Associate you will be responsible for end-to-end operational excellence and growth of the creative mode in our game. This role focuses on fostering an engaged creator and player community, driving content innovation, and spearheading campaigns and product enhancements, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable creative experience.
Job Description
- Community Management: Build, engage, and nurture the creator and player communities to ensure their active participation and satisfaction.
- Content Curation: Identify and promote high-quality content from creators, ensuring alignment with the creative vision and player interests.
- Campaign Execution: Design and execute campaigns/events to drive engagement, participation, and awareness of creative mode.
- Product Improvement: Advocate for and assist in implementing creative feature upgrades based on user insights and market trends.
- Project Management: Take ownership of all initiatives related to creative operations, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of creative mode, addressing any operational challenges that arise.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align on community growth strategies, content initiatives, and feature improvements.
- Data Analysis: Monitor creative performance metrics and user feedback to inform operational decisions and prioritize improvements.
Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in managing gaming communities, creative environments, or related operations
- Good analytical skills; having a great familiarity in Excel, data analysis, and basic strategic research skills to identify potential problems and come up with effective solutions
- Has a proven ability to engage with and grow creator/player communities
- Highly creative individuals with capabilities of designing engaging campaigns and content strategies
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple initiatives, with strong organizational and execution skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry’s best practice
