Creative Production Manager (Animation)

Vidico is a full service creative agency. We deliver world-class scalable video, design and creative to high growth startups, challengers and enterprises. We produce all projects end-to-end, including video, design and illustration.
We are seeking an experienced manager to lead our Animation production team. The ideal candidate will be a driven project manager, with a strong foundation in animated video content and motion design, who is passionate about producing compelling commercial content and can effectively lead and mentor a team of talented producers (both in-house and freelance).
The Creative Production Manager will review all work - design and video - before it’s delivered to clients. They give the green light when work is on-brief and ready for client review or provide actionable and timely feedback to our creative production teams if additional adjustments are required.
They also manage all resource allocation to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day production, working closely with our sales and accounts team to accurately scope and provide creative direction.
This role is a full-time position, based in Melbourne with a hybrid working arrangement.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering those skills within the team.
