Description:
The ideal candidate for this role is a multi-faceted and innovative problem-solver and project manager with a keen eye for exceptional creative work and talent. They must have the ability to deliver and launch initiatives on time, on budget, and on strategy. Additionally, the Creative Producer must be a strong, clear communicator, a team player, and possess a proven ability to inspire and motivate the team to deliver world-class creative work.
As our messaging platform Marketing organization continues to grow, we are seeking a Creative Producer to join our team. This individual will help create product launch assets, build marketing campaigns, and develop collateral for internal and external events.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years of experience as a Producer at an agency or in-house production team.
- Skilled at running projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Extensive experience working with Brand Marketing and cross-functional marketing teams (e.g., social, in-app, DS, media, insights).
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent at building working relationships with core and cross-functional teams.
- Strong time management, task prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing external creative and production partners.
- Experience in digital and broadcast productions.
- Organizational task and budget management experience.
- Proven industry experience with a deep understanding of how agencies operate.
Location: Remote ( any time zone)
Role type: Contract 6 Months Position
Expected hours: 40 per week
Responsibilities:
KEY PROJECTS/DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Produce documentary films, including those showcased on Amazon Prime.
- Oversee activations and live events, such as a comedy show in Mexico.
- Manage large-scale production projects, including creating a documentary of an NBA player’s hometown.
- Handle talent and coordinate large-scale marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment among various parties.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set and own project timelines and budgets for highly complex and large-scale projects.
- Work extensively with creative teams, including both internal teams and external agency partners.
- Create and review RFPs, treatments, budgets, project schedules, and distribution plans.
- Negotiate and manage project statements of work, estimates, and related parameters.
- Manage external vendor relationships, including talent, talent managers, creative teams, illustrators, photographers, design firms, and production companies.
