Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Creative Project Manager is a vital member of our Art Operations and Creative Art Teams. The Creative Project Manager will be responsible for optimizing project management tools and practices to improve cross-functional communication, address process pain-points, and help scale projects. This role involves managing projects through development to delivery, ensuring that all requirements and timelines are met. The Creative Project Manager will oversee the development and process management of the art department workflows, drive extensive projects, and cross functional initiatives, and support the growth and scale of the department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management:
- Lead ongoing projects from scoping to completion.
- Develop workflows for various project types across PI’s licensing, hospitality and creative business units and projects.
- Supporting the enablement of projects that are on time, on budget and meet client’s needs.
- Manage time and resources by defining roles and responsibilities on a per-project and per workstream basis.
- Set project timelines and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate team members and resources, schedule project kickoffs, check-ins and other milestones and manage end deliverables.
- Train and enable team to effectively work within standard project processes.
- Collaborate with Programs, Marketing and Production teams.
- Ensure timely project delivery while adhering to quality standards.
