RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking a Creative Project Manager to join for an approximate 3-month project!
We are seeking a collaborative, innovative, resourceful Creative Program Manager to own building, driving, and optimizing workflows for our client’s talented team of creatives. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, UX, and Product teams to oversee the execution and day-to-day of creative deliverables, supporting highly visible business initiatives. Serving as a champion of our client’s brand, you will represent the creative team with business partners.
Creative Project Management is the hub of the creative team, valued as the team’s go-to resource on process, priorities, and project details. You love working with creatives and are able to manage multiple end-to end project workflows simultaneously, and proactively provide thoughtful solutions to address feedback or changes in timelines. You ruthlessly protect the creative team’s time and are skilled at managing expectations with partner teams. You have an innate ability to be nimble and work through ambiguity. You relish having a positive impact on the team culture.
While this position is remote, you must reside in Washington, Oregon, or California to be considered.

As a Creative Project Manager, You Will

  • In support of Marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and product launches; manage end-to-end creative projects, ensuring quality inputs, assigning resources, building schedules, and routinely communicating project statuses
  • Manage approvals workflows
  • Assess and mitigate risks, make tradeoffs, proactively escalate issues
  • Facilitate planning and kickoff meetings with cross-functional project teams
  • Document knowledge and assist with asset management and trafficking of files
