Description:

YOUR PROFILE - SKILLSETS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • 1-2 years experience in Marketing, ideally in graphic design and/or video editing, with the potential to develop.
  • A relevant degree (e.g. Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia) and/or professional qualification (e.g. Chartered Institute of Marketing, Chartered Society of Designers) would be preferred
  • Project management experience; manage multiple projects simultaneously often under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in English with additional European languages a significant plus
  • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
  • Able to interact, communicate and present ideas to teammates and managers
  • Current with the latest Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Premier and or iMovie).
  • Desirable: experience within a corporate in-house creative department, or equivalent experience working on global brands agency-side

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Head of Creative Services to manage our creative project management platform, Wrike, reviewing and monitoring projects from initial brief to delivery.
  • Managing the production workflow associated with creative development for assigned projects to meet deadlines.
  • Administering tools for the distribution of European marketing material and supporting the development of the European Sales & Marketing community.
  • Maintaining organisation of creative assets for easy identification by Marketing team members.
  • Writing high quality, impactful communications for DHL customers and our internal Sales & Marketing community, whilst adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Understanding campaign objectives and contributing creative concepts, ideas and approaches by collaborating with internal clients and colleagues.
  • Supporting the graphic designers with their creative output, while developing your own skills with tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Supporting the specialist AV Producer / Digital Developer with their creative output, while developing your own skills with tools such as Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Working with internal clients and outside vendors to develop and produce a wide range of creative materials.
  • Obtaining quotes from multiple vendors – with ability to evaluate and make recommendations
